You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
SaySee AI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating images and videos. Subscription credits reset monthly. Purchased credit packages do not expire. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
You agree not to use SaySee AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
You retain ownership of the content you generate using SaySee AI, subject to the limitations of the underlying AI model licenses. SaySee AI retains ownership of its platform, technology, and brand.
SaySee AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaySee AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
